NEHA Needs You!

NEHA's 50 years of success is built on the hard work of hundreds of volunteers. NEHA could not function without the able help of scores of volunteers.  Some people give a few hours to a specific project; others give extended service; children perform community service hours.  Volunteers participate in all aspects of the organization.  They serve on the Board of Directors, work in the office, create the newsletter, staff Family Camp, run fund-raisers, serve on various committees and work behind-the-scenes in support of programs. Volunteers are essential to NEHA’s effectiveness.  And your support is even more important this year, as volunteerism in general is on a decline.

We are searching for well-qualifed Board members who can help our organization grow and thrive.  We are also seeking interested individuals to serve on a variety of subcommittees such as:

* Advocacy Committee
* Development Committee
* Program Committee
* Special Events Committee

And we desperately need volunteers a few hours a month to help out in the NEHA office with mailings, and material collating.   If you'd like to get more involved or just help us out in the office, NEHA would greatly appreciate it.
