Registration begins at the NEHA Northern New England Office (45 Robertson Blvd, Suite 5, Brewer, ME. 04412).\n\nFree parking is available.\n\n\n1:30 PM: Lunch is served.\n\nMenu details will be provided to all registered attendees.\n\n\n2:00 PM: Short educational presentation begins. The presentation will be: Women and girls can and do have hemophilia. Women with hemophilia B don’t just face unique bleeding challenges—getting the right diagnosis and treatment can be an uphill battle. This program will help all community members advocate for girls and women who have a bleeding disorder, understand the obstacles the “carrier” label may bring, and discover why factor level alone may not dictate a woman’s need for treatment.\n3:00 PM: Painting activity begins. Attendees will paint a fall-themed image with the help of artist, Nicole White, from Artful Nights Maine ( https://www.facebook.com/ArtfulNightsMaine/ ). Water, sparkling cider and soda will be provided.\n\nPaint, brushes, and a canvas will be provided.\nPlease dress in clothes that you are okay getting messy.
