DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\nOn Thursday, March 2 at 4:30 PM, Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee will be issuing a proclamation to recognize March as Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month ( https://www.hemophilia.org/give/join-us/bleeding-disorders-awareness-month ) in the Ocean State.\nRhode Islanders with bleeding disorders and their families to attend the short ceremony at the Rhode Island State House.\n\nArrive: Please arrive by 4:15 PM. Our group will meet inside, near the security checkpoint.\nEntrance: You must enter the building through the security checkpoint on Smith Street.\nSecurity: All visitors must go through a metal detector.\nAttire: Please wear a red tie if you have one.
