Developed with community feedback, this retreat was led by professional facilitators and Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) partners. Dr. Flood is a pediatric hematologist at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Her research interests include the diagnosis of VWD and the interaction of von Willebrand factor (VWF) with platelets and vascular collagens.\nThis session will discuss advances in diagnosis and management of von Willebrand disease and highlight current and forthcoming therapeutic options.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\nTravel and Accommodations\n\nThe event will take place at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel ( https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1652880120579&key=GRP ) in Springfield, MA.\nParking will be free for all event attendees.
