This year is no exception. This webinar explored the topic of mindfulness further, including its benefits. Our speaker discussed how stress and resilience are related and why resilience is important. This presentation also offered attendees a set of skills that you may use at home, on your own.\n \nAbout Our Speaker\nJan Martin MSN, RN-BC, CPN has 37 years of nursing experience.
