From distance learning, to preparing multiple meals and finding time for your own work and self-care, many parents are feeling overextended.\nThese informal conversations allow you to come together and chat about the challenging situation we are all going through. Attendees are encouraged to share stories and coping techniques to help us stay connected virtually.\nSpecial Activity: Based on feedback from our first chat, we also added a discussion on vulnerability. This will be based on a Ted Talk with Brene Brown.
