Throughout this series, we will be hosting a live webinar or virtual hangout every Wednesday evening at 7 PM ET about various topics of interest and importance in our community.\n \nAbout This Webinar\nThis webinar was held on Wednesday, May 27, in collaboration with the Connecticut Hemophilia Society  ( https://cthemophilia.org )(CHS).\nLiving with a bleeding disorder presents unique challenges. Learning to speak up when you have questions or concerns is critical to patient care. This presentation was about self-advocacy and combining discussion, practical tips and resources, to help you become a stronger advocate with your bleeding disorder and in other areas of life.\n \nAbout Our Speaker\nGail McCarthy, RN, has 17 years experience with Pfizer Rare Disease, establishing solid relationships within the bleeding disorder community. She has a passion for addressing unmet needs, seeking to provide solutions and support. Gail has a bachelor degree in both education and nursing from the University of Massachusetts and Mass Bay College. She lives in Rye, New Hampshire.\nThis presentation was supported by Pfizer.\n
