Room check-in begins at 3 PM.\nDinner will not be provided. There is a restaurant in the hotel if you choose to eat there.\nFamilies can enjoy the pool on Friday evening, or just get settled in their rooms.\n\n\nSaturday, August 17 – Official Programming\n\n8 AM: Registration and Breakfast begins\n9 AM: Programming begins\n\nChildcare will be provided on site during adult educational sessions\nBreakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday.\n\n\n8 PM: Official programming concludes after dinner ends.\n\n\nSunday, August 18 – Field Trip to Lake Compounce\n\n9 AM: Families will receive vouchers for breakfast on Sunday morning that can be used at the hotel restaurant.\n10:30 AM: Depart for Field Trip to Lake Compounce ( https://www.lakecompounce.com/ ).\n\nNEHA will cover the cost of admission to those who attend the retreat.\nWe hope this activity will allow for families to build connections in a fun environment.\nAll attendees are expected to attend the amusement park on Sunday. Attendees do not need to reserve the room themselves.\n\nEach family will be given a room with two queen beds. Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request, and requests can be noted when registering below.\n\n\nParking: Ample free parking is available onsite.\nAttire: Feel free to dress casually and comfortably for the weekend.\n\nThe hotel has a pool that you are invited to use on Friday evening. Please come prepared with a bathing suit and swimming necessities if you wish.\n\n\nWeather: Sunday at Lake Compounce will be a rain or shine event.
