Here, patients will learn about Hympavzi, a new once-weekly subcutaneous treatment option for patients, ages 12 and up, with hemophilia A or B.\nAttendees will receive resources from Jill Coyle MBA, BSN, RN, Pfizer’s patient navigator. After the presentation, there will be a question and answer period.\nFollowing the event, each family will receive a $20 Amazon gift card via email to help cover the cost of snacks for this virtual presentation.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes”][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”18px”][vc_column_text]\nAgenda\n\n6:00 PM: Arrive and check-in.\n\nFree parking is available at Legacy Place.\nWhen you enter the restaurant, tell the hostess you are with NEHA. Attendees will enjoy a delicious three-course meal with a choice of Short Rib Gnocchi, Vegan Ravioli, or Pollo ai Funghi.
