The weekend will also offer opportunities to do a service project and/or plan and prepare a meal for the group. An agenda will be sent to attendees in the week leading up to the retreat.\nSupervision: A registered nurse will be in attendance as well as NEHA staff members and additional adult community volunteers.\nPacking List: Dress is casual for the weekend and all attendees should bring layers of warm clothing. Warm, waterproof footwear is also recommended. Towels and linens will be provided.
