Wheels of the World Bike Ride
August 1 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
We are partnering with Save One Life to host Wheels of the World NEHA Day on Sunday, August 1!
Join Team NEHA on the East Bay Bike Path for a socially distant 40-mile bike ride to raise money for Save One Life and NEHA’s Emergency Assistance Program.
Riders will meet at India Point Park in Providence at TIME on Sunday, August 1. The scenic and ocean-front bike path is 20 miles in each direction running from Providence to Bristol along the Narragansett Bay, resulting in a total of 40 miles. Following the ride, we’ll treat you to a celebratory ice cream, taco or beer!
About Wheels for the World
NEHA has proudly been a sponsor of Save One Life’s Wheels for the World since its inception. The original event was to support Barry Haarde who inspired individuals with and without bleeding disorders when he cycled across the country 6 times and raised over $250,000 for Save One Life. Barry passed away suddenly in 2018 and this annual event recognizes Barry’s contribution to the bleeding disorder community and encourages healthy and active living.
Registration
Registration costs $50 per rider, and all proceeds will benefit Save One Life and NEHA’s Emergency Assistance Program. When registering, please be sure to select “NEHA Day” on August 1.
