FallFest

FallFest is NEHA’s Annual Meeting and our largest educational event of the year. We invite the bleeding disorders community of New England to attend this virtual three-day event. FallFest was originally scheduled to be in Jay, Vermont, but is now a virtual event due to COVID-19.

Programming is designed for the whole family and will take place on Zoom and through the mobile app, GooseChase.

Friday, October 23, 6 PM – 8 PM

  • 6:00 PM: Opening Keynote Presentation
  • 7:00 PM: Pumpkin Carving Demonstration

Saturday, October 24, 9 AM – 11 AM

  • 9:00 AM: Welcome
  • 9:15 AM: Educational Sessions
  • 10:00 AM: Annual Meeting

Sunday, October 25, 9 AM – 11:30 AM

  • 9:00 AM: Welcome
  • 9:15 AM: Educational Sessions
  • 10:00 AM: Rap Sessions – Rap sessions are a safe and confidential space for you to discuss topics and share ideas. The following rap sessions will be offered: moms, dads, men and women, partners/caregivers, and new families. You will be able to choose the one that best fits you.
  • 10:45 AM: New England Bleeding Disorders Advocacy Coalition (NEBDAC) Meeting

 

FallFest Award Nominations 

Each year during FallFest, we present awards to community members, volunteers, and health care providers who have gone above and beyond to help us fulfill our mission of providing education, support, and advocacy.

Please take a minute to nominate a leader for their dedication and commitment to the community. The deadline is Friday, October 16 and all submissions are anonymous. Winners will be announced during FallFest’s Live Programming.

Registration

All participants must be registered by Friday, October 16 in order to ensure your materials will be delivered in time.

During this difficult time, NEHA has chosen to waive all registration fees. If you are able to make a donation to help support this virtual program, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. You will have option to donate when you register by clicking here.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please note, by signing up, you agree to participate in NEHA’s Virtual FallFest. Due to the cost of shipping the boxes and purchasing the supplies, there will be a $35 cancelation fee per family by not participating in the majority of events. Please notify NEHA if you experience a personal or medical emergency and cannot participate.
