Virtual Chat: Families
July 28 @ 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
We created Virtual Chats to allow our community members to stay connected during this public health emergency.
On Tuesday, July 28 at 8:30 PM, we will host our next Virtual Chat for Families in our community. From distance learning, to preparing multiple meals and finding time for your own work and self-care, many parents are feeling overextended.
These informal conversations allow you to come together and chat about the challenging situation we are all going through. Attendees are encouraged to share stories and coping techniques to help us stay connected virtually.
Special Activity: Based on feedback from our first chat, we’re also adding a discussion on vulnerability. This will be based on a Ted Talk with Brene Brown. Watch this 15-minute video beforehand by clicking here. What resonates with you, especially as a parent and member of the bleeding disorders community? Bring your thoughts and reaction our chat. No time to watch it, no problem! We’ll share a quick recap so everyone is on the same page.
