Portland Sea Dogs Game

August 6 @ 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us and the Hemophilia Alliance of Maine (HAM) for a Portland Sea Dogs baseball game at Hadlock Field in Portland, Maine on Saturday, August 6! Families are invited to join us for dinner before we watch the Sea Dogs take on the Erie SeaWolves.

As an added bonus, August 6 is Star Wars Night at ballpark! Fans and staff can dress as their favorite Star Wars characters if they wish.

Agenda

  • 4:30 PM – Please arrive at the ballpark at 4:30 PM and check in at the NEHA Table.
  • 5:00 PM – Food will be served in the Corporate Corner location. A short presentation will be held and a cash bar will be available.
  • 6:00 PM – Game Begins

Event Information

  • Each registered attendee will receive a free ticket to enter Hadlock Field and watch the ballgame. Tickets are valid for Saturday, August 6 only.
  • Kids 2 and under are allowed into the ballpark without a ticket as long as they do not need a seat and can sit on your lap. You do not need to register them in Eventbrite.
  • Please pick up your ticket from the NEHA Table (with the red table cloth), located outside of the 3rd Base Gate. You must pick up your ticket from our table in this location in order to get into the ballpark.
  • All NEHA attendees will be seated together.
  • Food: Tickets include park admission and dinner with our group. Additional food and beverages can be purchased at concession stands.
  • Weather: The event will happen rain or shine, unless the Portland Sea Dogs cancel the game due to inclement weather.
  • Parking and Directions: Many low-cost parking opportunities exist around the park. Click here for parking information and direction to the ballpark.

Registration

  • The event is free for any 2022 NEHA member.
  • The fee for non-members is only $10 per attendee. Become a member here.
  • Tickets are limited to the first 100 people who register.

COVID-19 Guidelines

NEHA will follow all COVID-19 guidelines set by the venue and the local government.

  • All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, must complete a simple and quick online COVID-19 Check-In form before attending the event. The form was created to protect your family and other attendees. The form will be emailed to you 72 hours before the event begins.
  • NEHA strongly recommends that anyone eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine be fully vaccinated prior to attending any event.
  • Mask wearing is optional for all attendees.
  • Please stay home and do not attend the event if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, feel sick or unwell, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.

Cancelation Policy

If you cancel within a week of the event, you will be charged a $30 per person fee. If you are experiencing a personal or medical emergency, please contact us to discuss. No-shows will also be charged the $30 per person fee.
