We hosted our 4th Annual Boston’s Best Bloody Mary Competition on Sunday, June 7 at Baramor in Newton Centre, MA to raise funds and awareness for bleeding disorders while also helping us decide which Boston-area bar can pour the best bloody mary!

The winning bars were:

• Best Garnish: Bostonia Public House

How The Tickets Will Support Those In Need

While this event is a fun competition among local bars, it is also a vital fundraiser that supports the New England Hemophilia Association’s mission to provide education, support, and advocacy to families, like the Bazinsky’s. 

Kate and Jordan Bazinsky, live in Newton and are regulars at Baramor. They have two young children: Nora and Colin. Colin has severe hemophilia A. Since Colin’s diagnosis was a surprise, NEHA has been a tremendous source of education and support for the Bazinsky’s. In particular, Colin enjoys attending NEHA’s Annual Family Camp program, where he learned how to self-infuse his IV medication, and where he has fun connecting with other kids with bleeding disorders in a safe, educational and adventurous environment.
