Join us on Wednesday, September 18 at 6:30 PM for an educational dinner with Takeda at The Row Hotel at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA. Here, you will learn more about a treatment option for adults living with Von Willibrand Disease (VWD).

Attendees will be treated to dinner, receive resources on how to treat VWD from Amy Connors, Takeda Community Education Specialist, and gain a deeper understanding from a VWD Patient, Erica, who will share more about how she had to stand up for herself to ensure a correct diagnosis and to receive appropriate treatment for her condition.

Agenda

• 6:30 PM: Arrive and check-in.
  • Free parking for up to 3 hours in the garage adjacent to garage. If you wish to valet park at the hotel, the cost if $25 and it is your responsibility. Parking will not be covered by NEHA.
  • When you arrive, please join us on the 2nd Floor of the hotel, in the Ford A Room. There are stairs and an elevator.
• 6:45 PM: Buffet dinner is served and the educational presentation begins, followed by an interactive question and answer period.
  • Please note: the educational presentation will be geared towards adults, but all ages can attend.
• 8:30 PM: Event ends.
