Men’s Retreat
Our Annual Men’s Retreat will be held from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 23, at the Mount Snow Resort in West Dover, VT.
The weekend-long retreat will feature educational sessions, social activities, health and wellness workshops, breakout sessions, and much more.
Who Can Attend?
- People who identify as male, ages 18+, with any type of a bleeding disorder.
- Caregivers/parents (dads or grandfathers) of children with a bleeding disorder.
- Priority will be given to those who live in or receive care in New England.
- Childcare will not be provided, and children are not allowed on-site.
Agenda Overview
- Attendees will check into their hotel rooms on Friday evening.
- Dinner will be served on Friday evening with a fun group activity to follow and social time.
- Our first session will begin on Saturday morning at 9 AM.
- All meals will be provided on Saturday and Sunday morning.
- The retreat will be over on Sunday morning at 11:30 AM.
- A full agenda will be shared with registered attendees before the event begins.
Accommodations
- All 2026 NEHA members will be provided a room for Friday and Saturday night at no cost to them.
- To be good stewards of our resources, we suggest that attendees share a room with one fellow attendee.
- If you have a friend in mind, we will ask for their name during the registration process.
- Don’t have a friend in mind for lodging? No problem! Single rooms can be provided, or we can pair you up with another attendee.

- The event is free for any 2026 NEHA member.

- This event is expected to reach capacity quickly. Space is limited to the first 40 men to register.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your registration within one week of the event or do not show up for the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 per person.
- Please do not attend this event if you have tested positive for COVID-19, the flu, RSV, or have cold-like symptoms.
