On Sunday, January 24, we hosted a Baking Demonstration and conversation about the Science Behind The Sweets. During the event, New Hampshire hemophilia mom, Destinee DiPrima, taught our community how to make and decorate a classic sugar cookie. Following Destinee’s demonstration, participants heard from a Food Scientist about the process and science behind making sweets.
