We're Here For You

Every year, our Annual Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk celebrates the efforts of teams who support the New England bleeding disorders community. Team captains hold an important role as leaders of the Walk. They work tirelessly each year to fundraise, advocate, and to raise awareness about the bleeding disorder community.

We are here to help you every step of the way: whether you are a returning team or if this is your first walk! We want to help you create and lead the strongest Walk Team possible! Below are resources to help you fundraise, share your story, and more.

Team Captain Resources

Team Captain Toolkit

Whether this is your first year as a Team Captain, or you are looking for tips to increase your fundraising this year, our informative Team Captain Guide will give you everything you need to be successful this year! See our Team Captain Guide here.

Walk Save the Date

Once you’ve registered your team, email our Walk Save the Date to any potential team members. Make sure to also include the link to your team registration page to help your friends and family join your team or place a donation. See our Save The Date here.

How To Share Your Story

One of the best tools for fundraising is your story. We created a guide to help you get started with sharing your story. See our Story Telling Guide here.

Fundraising Ideas

Looking to raise funds in a fun and creative way? We’ve compiled a list of creative fundraisers to help you on your fundraising journey. See the list here.

Linking Your Facebook Fundraiser

Linking your Walk Team’s Page to your Facebook fundraiser is easy and allows your donations to sync between the two platforms! Donations will automatically appear on your Walk page once you link them together.

The National Hemophilia Foundation recently created a step-by-step video tutorial to explain how you can easily and quickly link your account. Watch the video below!

Collecting Checks from Donors

If you receive any checks, or if any of your donors would like to send checks, please mail them to NEHA at 347 Washington Street, Suite 401, Dedham, MA 02026.

Please email NEHA’s Development Manager, Gabrielle Roth, at [email protected] to get these checks added to your team’s page!
