Cooking Class

On Sunday, March 7 at 5 PM, we hosted an interactive cooking demonstration. Attendees were encouraged to participate in this webinar from their kitchen, as our instructor demonstrated how to make chicken tortilla soup.

In addition to a great meal, this helped participants gain a better understanding of how to easily create a wholesome dinner and more about the components of food to balance out an entire day’s nutrition.
