We co-hosted an educational dinner with Sanofi on Thursday, March 2 at Il Massimo in Dedham, MA. In addition to enjoying an incredible meal and dessert, attendees left with a better understanding of hemostasis and the clotting cascade. 

This educational program reviewed the clotting fundamentals, provided an understanding about hemostasis, the clotting cascade, and what happens when you have a bleed. The speaker discussed how factor behaves in the body, including the relationship between FVIII and von Willebrand Factor (vWF) for people with Hemophilia A and FIX in people with Hemophilia B.
