On Sunday, October 15, members of our community joined us for a Fall Day at the Farm at Rosedale Farms and Vineyards in Simsbury, CT. The goal of this event was to help families from the New England bleeding disorders community come together to connect with one another while enjoying an afternoon filled with autumn scents and scenes.
