Kids and Teens Virtual Chat with Dr. Stacy Croteau
On Thursday, April 23, we hosted a Virtual Chat for children and teenagers in the bleeding disorders community. Here, Dr. Stacy Croteau, Pediatric Hematologist at Boston Children’s Hospital and Medical Director at the Boston Hemophilia Center, facilitated an interactive webinar designed for younger members of our community. Several NEHA young adults also helped to answer the questions.
About Our Speaker
Stacy Croteau, MD, MMS, is a pediatric hematologist and clinical researcher at Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, where she specializes in bleeding and clotting disorders. Dr. Croteau joined the Boston Hemophilia Center as the associate director in 2014 and became the medical director in 2019. She enjoys clinical care of pediatric patients and leading research efforts to push the frontier of the quality and innovation in our current standards of medical practice.
